Frank has been a Chartered Accountant in Public Practice servicing the needs of small business and high wealth individuals for the past 25 years. His business can be regarded as "boutique" in that he provides a personal service specialising in Tax Effective and Wealth Creative strategies. Unlike larger firms you never deal with the "boss" and are palmed off to inexperienced staff. This does not happen with Frank as he works alone with the aid of one subcontractor.
