- Assist with Lease Terminations
- Diplomatic Clauses
- Organise the Rental or Sale of your Home
- Prepare Home to standard in accordance with Lease
- Liaise with Removal Companies
- Liaise with Dealers for sale of cars and furniture
- Arrange pet transport or homes for pets not travelling
with the family
- Notify Post Office of change of address and arrange for
mail forwarding service
- Organise thorough clean of home and garden service
- Organise Handyman for any minor repairs of home
- Arrange disposal of unwanted goods following the move
out
- Contact all relevant utilities and authorities and advise
of cancellation and final billing
