One of the first clients of Home
Hunters Relocations were Michael and Netta Riley who relocated
to Sydney to take up a posting with an international telecommunications
company.
The Rileys came to Australia from the USA with their nine-year-old
daughter Christina, so in their particular case, finding and
enrolling in a suitable school was a high priority.
As Michael said, I've just didn't have the time or the local
knowledge to know who we could rely on. The team at Home Hunters
Relocations spent a lot of time listening to our needs, then
quickly went about the search for a suitable house. I was
totally amazed that they presented us only with realistic
options that were within all our requirements and most importantly
within our budget.
Home Hunters Relocations ultimately showed the Riley's a portfolio
of some eight properties, and then followed up with personal
inspections of the short-listed homes. Home Hunters Relocations
even negotiated the rental on behalf of the family and achieved
a very cost-effective outcome, saving the couple several thousand
dollars on their total rent outlay.
Netta said, I was concerned about how the move would effect
our daughter Christina, but Sue and her staff at Home Hunters
Relocations sure took a whole load off my mind. They even
organised the rental furniture for us. They really were terrific!

Dear Home Hunters Relocations,
I want to personally thank you for the service that you have
provided. It has been the best experienced in relocating to
the new country. Your professionalism as well as your kind
personality is well acknowledged and appreciated. It would
have been much more difficult without your suggestions, insight
and assistance - I cannot imagine doing all the settling down
in less than a week. With your help, I took off work only
three-half days to settle the housing, school and rental contract
- I believe this is productive for the company as well.
Your research has helped us finding excellent housing and
school for the children. You also provided me with much knowledge
on what is the best place to purchase goods and the bus routing
for my children after school.
